Tina Hasenpusch serves as Managing Director, Global Head of Clearing House Operations for CME Inc. She is responsible for managing the operations for the clearing house across its various global locations. In particular, this includes the accuracy and timeliness of core clearing processing for all products across CME’s multiple asset classes, as well as for new client and clearing firm onboarding activities, back-office client support, and customer service. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Executive Officer at CME Clearing Europe, in which she was responsible for the development and execution of the financial, regulatory, risk management, and strategic plans for the clearing house. Tina previously served as Executive Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of CME Clearing Europe, responsible for managing all daily operations. Prior to this, she held the role of Head of Clearing & Business Development, responsible for the delivery of key strategic initiatives including new product and service launches at CME Clearing Europe.

Before joining CME Clearing Europe, Tina was part of Barclays Investment Bank's Strategy team in London, and had also worked in the Trading and Clearing Market Development Department of Eurex. Tina has published academic articles and a book on the economics of clearing. She holds an MBA and a PhD in Banking and Finance from the EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.

在加入芝商所欧洲清算所之前，蒂娜曾在巴克莱投资银行的伦敦策略团队工作，也曾供职于欧洲交易所(Eurex)交易及清算市场发展部。蒂娜曾就清算经济学发表过学术论文并出版有关书籍。蒂娜毕业于德国厄斯特里希-温克尔的欧洲商学院(EBS)，持有银行及金融专业工商管理硕士学位及博士学位。
