First，Scope of national debt that can be used as margin。

Secend，Business process。

Step 1: Members and customers shall open pledge and bond accounts with the Central Treasury Securities Registration and Settlement Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the Central Treasury Securities Settlement Company).

Step 2: Through the "Comprehensive Business platform for Bonds in China" of CCCC, the customer applies for the pledge, the member and Zheng Shang Institute confirm in turn, and THE CCCC registers the pledge of Treasury bonds in Zheng Shang Institute.

Step 3: Through the "Member Service system" of ZHENGshang Institute, the client entrusts the member to submit the national debt as the deposit application to Zhengshang Institute, and the corresponding deposit will be released after the successful processing by Zhengshang Institute.

Third，business processing time。

If the national debt is used as the security deposit, members can submit the application for deposit or withdrawal before 14:30 of each trading day, zheng Shang Institute will handle the application on that day, and the funds will be recorded into the member settlement reserve in real time.

Night trading section, do not accept national debt as margin related business applications.

Forth，Handling Fee。

The handling rate of national debt as margin is 0.05% on an annual basis. The handling fee is based on the amount of national debt after the daily settlement. It is calculated on a daily basis and charged on a monthly basis. Monthly handling fee will be charged on the first trading day of each month. Zhengshang institute can adjust the fee standard according to the market operation.
