Hong lei said that yi Huiman, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, stressed in his public speech that "investors are the foundation of the development of the capital market. Respecting investors, respecting investors and protecting investors are concrete manifestations of the capital market's practice of people-centered development philosophy, and also the fundamental regulatory mission of the securities regulatory authorities." Therefore, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of investors, especially small and medium-sized investors, is the starting point and end point of capital market regulation and self-discipline.

Hong Lei believes that, compared with litigation and arbitration, mediation has the characteristics of initiative, simplicity, timeliness and economy, and can realize the integration of emotion and law, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious society. Improving the mechanism for resolving conflicts and disputes in multiple ways is of great significance to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of investors and promoting social equity and justice.

CFA is a legal self-regulatory organization in China's futures "Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading" stipulates that CFA has the responsibility to mediate futures business disputes between members and between members and customers. CFA has been actively exploring ways to resolve multiple securities and futures disputes.
